PRACTICE AREAS

EMPLOYMENT LAW

PMG’s legal practice includes both the representation of victims of employment discrimination and the provision of training, consulting and counseling and “best defense” litigation services to management regarding employment-related discrimination and diversity issues.

PMG’s employment law consulting practice focuses on helping employers to reduce employment litigation by providing management consulting regarding prevailing legal requirements and trends. PMG has developed management training programs designed to minimize or eliminate discrimination and harassment based upon race, national origin, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability, and to address a variety of other equal employment opportunity problems. Each management training program is designed to maximize regulatory compliance and engagement in best employment practices.
