PMG’s legal practice includes both the representation of victims of employment discrimination and the provision of training, consulting and counseling and “best defense” litigation services to management regarding employment-related discrimination and diversity issues.

PMG’s employment law consulting practice focuses on helping employers to reduce employment litigation by providing management consulting regarding prevailing legal requirements and trends. PMG has developed management training programs designed to minimize or eliminate discrimination and harassment based upon race, national origin, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability, and to address a variety of other equal employment opportunity problems. Each management training program is designed to maximize regulatory compliance and engagement in best employment practices.

PMG offers a variety of consulting and attorney services to individuals and groups who are the victims of discrimination in employment, education, public accommodation, the media, and in other arenas of everyday life. PMG has prosecuted discrimination law suits on behalf of individuals and provided pro-active guidance to groups and organizations regarding tactics and strategies to address problems of discrimination in the United States.

Specifically, PMG assists employees in filing employment discrimination law suits, internal EEO charges and discrimination charges with the EEOC and other administrative agencies. PMG provides guidance to employees regarding possible violations of equal employment opportunity laws and regulations including, but not limited to, Section 1981, Section 1983, Titles VI and VII, ADA, ADEA, the Equal Pay Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, the FMLA, the FLSA, and other federal, state and local requirements.

PMG offers a variety of consulting and attorney services to public, private and parochial schools, public school districts and public and private colleges and universities. PMG designs and presents student-related and employment-related discrimination management training to provide proactive and responsive academic, pedagogical and business solutions to school-based discrimination and diversity issues. PMG also represents students, pre-Kindergarten through post graduate level, in discrimination cases (including, for example, Title VI and Title IX, the ADA, and Section 504) against a wide variety of educational institutions.

PMG’s media law practice focuses on the prosecution of libel and other defamation, privacy and related “First Amendment” litigation against individuals and businesses, and news, entertainment and other media organizations.

PMG has recently commenced a wills, trusts and estate planning practice to provide responsive and cost-effective estate planning advice and services to meet the needs of its existing clients, principally in the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered, African-American and ethnic minority communities. PMG can also provide will, trust and estate planning legal services to new clients in a wide variety of circumstances.
